Shipping

All orders (except pre-sale collaboration pieces) are shipped within 48 hours of purchase. You will receive a tracking email notifying you of the carrier, tracking, and other shipment information of your Brandon Blackwood purchase. Accessory Returns

You may return an item from our main collection if we are contacted within 48 hours (via email) of delivery. Return shipping is the customers responsibility. You will receive a full refund upon receipt of the item being delivered back to us.

All sales are final on all limited edition collaboration pieces.

Jewelry Returns 

All custom jewelry is final sale. You may receive a full refund, if the item received is not what was ordered. 

Jewelry Repair or Refurbishing 

If you need a repair or refurbishing, please contact us via email at info@brandonblackwood.com, prior to shipping your items to us, so we can provide a quote for the service if applicable. Any unauthorized return will incur a charge of $20. You must ship them in a trackable and insured package and include your order number, authorized return number, updated mailing address and contact information. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. Shipping failures are unfortunate and are not reflective of the dedication we have to our customers. If you would like for us to create a label for you, we can for a charge of $10.
